1.Drink LOTS of water, eat a banana, take a couple tylenol, and sleep.
There is no Exact cure. Just rest and hydration help a bit.
2. drink a red bull before going to bed
alka seltzer and BC headache powder before bed
bloody mary the next morning
3. red peper 2 tomatos(or tomato juice) a few midium chillis blend together drink and eat a bit of celery/leek
4.The best way to avoid a hangover....other than avoiding alcohol....is try to drink a glass of water to every 2-3 drinks of alcohol. If you can keep yourself hydrated then you will avoid a hangover. Hope this helps
5.There is a product called Chaser. It could be found in health food stores or GNC. You take it before you drink and reduces hangovers the morning after. It doesn't stop you from getting drunk though
6. Milk Thistle: Milk thistle is commonly prescribed for people with liver problems. It is known to help the liver function properly, and may help the liver process alcohol better.
Gingerroot: Often brewed and consumed as a tea, gingerroot is known for its ability to settle an upset stomach.
Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Juices: Juices help to replenish lost nutrients and they help re-hydrate your body quicker than water.
Soup: Soup is a common hangover remedy because it soothes the stomach and helps re-hydrate the body.

Lots of WATER !
Hangover can be attributed to 4 effects of alcohol.
1) alcohol upsets your body's water balance.
2) when alcohol is metabolized, it causes your blood to become more acidic than normal (this is called acidosis).
3) alcohol alters the normal daily rhythm of certain body functions.
4) alcoholic drinks contain certain impurities called congeners which can be toxic. Together, these 4 effects can turn the day after a party into a nightmare.
Consumption of alcohol causes a decrease in a substance called anti-diuretic hormone (ADH).
As blood alcohol levels rise, less ADH is available, and more water is excreted by the kidneys.
This situation reverses itself, however, when blood alcohol levels begin to fall, and your body begins to compensate for the temporary, alcohol induced dehydration.
ADH levels rise, urinary output decreases, and you become thirsty.
It seems like the water is a good idea.
Perhaps the best idea would be to drink a glass of water every-so-often throughout the evening.
It should reduce the initial dehydration, and therefore likely reduce the rebound edema.
It might also keep you from drinking too fast.
I would probably choose something like ibuprofen over aspirin, since both aspirin and alcohol can irritate the stomach.
I would stay far away from acetaminophen when drinking alcohol; the combination can damage your liver

Tests have proven that everyone is different when it comes to hangovers. this is because everyone is different (body shape, gender, and race)
but the following are the more popular choices:
* a big greasy fried breakfast (bacon, eggs, sausages)
* the same drinks that you drank (not joking)
but what i usually do after a big on ein the morning is to take a shower, brush my teeth, have a hot cup of coffee.. and im all ready to go again...
hope this helps you out. Happy Partying... Go hard or go home!

tomato juice with cracked peper and a greasy breakfast with plenty of toast (no butter or jam). and most imporantly of all, eat something when you feel you are least able to... it goes against your judgement at the time but you'll feel much better. You'll feel the best after throwing up whatever hasn't been absorbed by your body in the morning.
