The skin is often known as "the largest organ of the human body". This applies to exterior surface, as it covers the body, appearing to have the largest surface area of all the organs. Moreover, it applies to weight, as it weighs more than any single internal organ, accounting for about 15 percent of body weight. For the average adult human, the skin has a surface area of between 1.5-2.0 square meters, most of it is between 2-3 mm thick. The average square inch of skin holds 650 sweat glands, 20 blood vessels, 60,000 melanocytes, and more than a thousand nerve endings

The largest organ OF our body, as correctly identified above is the skin. The largest organ contained WITHIN our body is the liver, at about 4-5 pounds. Next heaviest would be the brain at about 2-3 pounds, then lungs, then heart, then lastly, the spleen and each kidney usually weigh about the same. Much smaller than any of those would be the pancreas and adrenal glands, which typically are not weighed at autopsy unless they are abnormally large.

In infants, the brain achieves its size much before the liver, so in infants the brain would be largest after skin.

If you count the skin as an organ then it is the largest organ in the body.
There are a lot of people who class it as more of a barrier than an organ (and I sit on the fence on this one, haven't made up my mind yet).

If you take organ in the conventional sense of the word then the liver the the biggest organ in the body.
