I'd of said, that all depends on the individual, one mans poison is another mans nectar, something like that. Food enjoyment is very subjective so you could ask to different people who went to the same restaurant, had exactly the same food, but get to completely different responses.
For the record it's got to be France without a doubt.

england! the best restaurant in the world is the fat duck in london. where else can you get 100+ courses for about £100+ with mad courses like tuna with liquish sauce.

Countries like the UK and probably Australia. Purely because they are so multicultural you can most type of food in any city.. thai, greek, morrocan, french, chinese, indian, italian....
I like food from most cultures so couldnt pick one particular country.
