Firsty, ignore the person who said "pull the trigger and get over with it" becaue they are psychotic and insensitive. I know just how you feel, I have way too much stress too. The best thing to do is ALWAYS try to stay positive no matter how hard, because the best things happen to you when you are trying to have a good attitude. Listen to Teddy Geiger - for you I will, it's a really good song, and it makes you happy, i think it's magic XD. but seriously, when your ready for bed, listen to music like that then go right to sleep and i can almost guarentee sweet dreams and a better day for tomorrow.

Recognize the source of your feelings. Where does the stress with your siblings come from? Once you can be clear about that you can start to heal. I would urge you to get some support in doing this. When any of us starts to uncover the past to find the old pressure points that are still impacting us, we need to use the "buddy system". That is what counseling is all about. It is a confidential and experienced "buddy" to help you explore your feelings. I am sure if you do this, you will soon feel much better. Honest. I did.

I sit on here and answer questions,it is a form of escapism for me.I also pamper myself,something to give myself a boost.Even if it is just painting my nails,a facial,or new hair colour(hide the grey)!!!! I have something to make you laugh,if you are a big kid at heart like me!!
