If we believe the solution must come from Him, how likely are we to look for the solution within our own hearts: our ability to Love one another?

Indeed, but Love one another is simply God one another, since God is Love. More specifically God is "perfect"(Mt 5:48) Love which is notably void of fear hath torment. More specifically God is "merciful"(Lk 6:36) Love, which is void of sacrifice(slaughter).

"Love(God) one another" also has a second part to it: "as I have loved you"; So it's God one another as I have Goded you (with grace and truth came by JC for comparison to law and lie). And more specifically "the end of the commandment": "you" made perfect by the God of all grace, is further clarified as being "charity" (never faileth). And more specifically charity (perfect merciful love) out of a pure heart (of pure grace), and also clarified as faith unfeigned. And if whatsoever is not of faith is sin: Rom 14:23, and the law is not of faith: Gal 3:12, then faith unfeigned is grace unfeigned, or grace without hypocrisy.

So there is clarity upon clarity upon clarity in the allegoric mystery to solve, when sorting out False/True Gods: Law/Grace; the only true God being Grace: cannot lie(law) nor die(law). Both are in the midst of every human, and if one is not realized and abolished as false, then humans become bi-polar (a dis-order), with the mania aspect being as Law Law as the God on high. But those recovering from getting high to the point of a break down, speak of a "higher" power, which is "above" getting high.

Law isn't sufficient, alternative req'd.
Grace is sufficient, no law required.

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

each mortal has wisdom and understanding. there are those who might go overboard in asking GOD what to do in each and every decision. but personally I like the old saying " GOD helps those who help themselves. " if each mortal has the ability to solve their own problems then they should do so without relying on GOD all of the time. we need to love each other but this term could have a much different meaning today than when it was first stated. one could use the term respect each other which in modern terms would make more sense --- at least to me.

Belief is a double edged sword and it depends on the individual. It is either the guide to the divine within each of us or an edifice of dogma that acts as a barrier to personal development. What you put into your system of belief is what you get out of it.
