Intimacy. Loving and being loved. Peace. Time to appreciate the beauty of the world around me. Acquiring a skill - the time when it starts to become smooth and automatic without having to think about it, e.g. skiiing or driving. The warmth of someone else's skin. Being nude outdoors on a warm sunny day. Looking into the eyes of my first child, cradled in my arms, 2 minutes after she was born. Being accepted and valued as a friend. Having someone be genuinely grateful when you've helped them out. Good music.
