I think they have already found cures for AIDS and other diseases but of course if we were told the pharmaceutical companies would go broke

The problems with finding cures for viruses is that they mutate at such a rate that the cure quickly becomes redundant. The new strain has resistance to that cure and therefore a treatment will have to be found that targets a specific part common to every virus particle that is effective and long term.

Some day there will be a cure for AIDS however before that happens there will be another disease that purges the human race. It is natural to have these diseases.

HIV is a life form which is almost indestructable. A new tactic is to communicate with the virus. It is an 'energy form' and as such can be shut down. When that happens the virus is vulnerable to encapsulation by macrophages which are then 'vented' from the host into the sewers, and a new environment. No warfare and no threat of mutation by evolution. 'Modern medicine' however is so far incapable of accepting the fact that ALL life is energy, and as such it can be manipulated by quantum effect. Humans have now discovered that they can focus their INTENTION on the energy matrix, specifically the virus, and can communicate a desired effect ... 'shut down' and 'get out' are typical commands.

I think there is already a cure...not only for AIDS but for other major illnesses like cancer, diabetis, etc. but no one is going to let us know or then they would lose alot of money on all the meds that people have to buy now for those ailments. It's an ugly thing but what can we do about it?

there is medicine for HIV, its called ARV's. If you mean a cure or a vaccination, well then the pharmaceutical companies will make it so expensive that everyday joe (who really need it) can't afford and only the rich will survive. That's life for ya!

There will be. It's just the way it attacks our immune system that needs to be countered. But look at the new potential flu vaccine, it's astounding.
