I received an email from ebay, i've never been on it

just because you receive an email....it doesn't mean "fraud". You were not SPECIFIC as to the contents of the email. were they asking personal info? was it junk mail? was it an offer?
Just beacuse you get an email from a Co. it does not mean fraud.
I get emails from porn site and I never been in one.....
Next time be more detail if you want your Q answered properly.

Report it to EBay's abuse team. Also go to FBI.GOV and find their Internet Abuse team. I had this happen. Do not reply to their email or they will get your email address. Right now they do not know it, but if you respond, they will. Are they trying to collect money? This is a well organized team out of London and other areas. Most of them are Middle Eastern and I have wondered if they are terrorists trying to bring in money through these scams. You could also call your local Police Department and have them make other suggestions.

Report it to the government office in your country regulating electronic communications like email messages.

Fraud is the intentional use of deceit, a trick or some dishonest means to deprive another of his/her/its money, property or a legal right.
