If your hair is brown tey a stripe of vibrant red, it is in for the winter and is really trendy.....
At the mo I have a full strip of red hair under my top layer of hair all over my head it looks great, apparently it's called 'fashes' you might wanna try that for something a bit different.......dont go for blonde whatever you do!

If you go to you hairdresser and ask for a flash of colour in your hair. Tell them exactly where you want it and it will be no problem for them.
Alternatively, tie your hair back and only pull out the piece you want colour and use whatever colourant you want and follow the instuctions in the box.
Personally I think blonde looks best with brown hair (thats what I have, a blonde flash under a side parted fringe) but that can be tricky to do at home as you can end up with orange hair!!! If you want to go lighter go to the hairdressers just to be safe

Go for a warm blonde (not ash - it looks grey) If you have layered hair then start 1cm in from the hairline and and colour in a checkered fasion (1/2 cm squares) over the chunk area. You can keep these separate by wrapping in tin foil - alternatively use a stranding kit with brush
Working to this pattern will stop your roots showing up so much as they come through and will add a proffessional and dramatic touch to you style

those so-stated as hairdressers are full of bullshit. seem. I certainly have darkish brown hair. I bleach the front of my hair (what i like to call my "skunk stripe."); if i did no longer bleach, you may by no potential even comprehend I had dyed it (eco-friendly, by potential of ways). stumble on a good bleach kit (i take advantage of uncooked WhiteOut Bleach kit, which you will %. up at any warm subject rely, yet maximum supermarkets would have some thing of their toiletries section). stick to THE guidelines and DO A STRAND try. i can't rigidity this sufficient. Make know ways long it takes for the strand to lighten, and examine it for breakage or "gumminess;" in the experience that your hair remains in one piece, then you certainly can decide for the full head. by potential of ways, do it in a ventilated room, or the fumes from the bleach will make you nauseous (oh what we do for splendor). And carry close directly to the try strand; you could need it for the subsequent step. stick to the time that it took for the try strand to lighten, then wash the bleach out, and wait and spot; you need to make optimistic it truly is -all- out. it truly is going to in all risk be regularly an orange/yellow; it somewhat is everyday with very darkish hair. in case you somewhat would desire to have it lighter, you will would desire to attend on the least some days to reapply, or you need to finally finally end up with plenty much less hair than you started with. whether, given which you're death it besides, the orangey/yellow will in all risk suffice. back, stick to the guidelines on your dye (It relies upon on the kind) and take care of the try strand. Like as above, make know ways long it takes to get the colour you like (wipe away the dye on a small component of the strand), and use that ingredient as a handbook for the dye. Use Vaseline to cover the tops of your ears and your brow from getting dyed. prepare the dye, rinse properly while the time it up, and luxuriate on your newly-hued hair!

my advise is that you go to a salon and get the proffessional help.Your hair is an important factor in your appearance so please don't do this at home.the hair dresser will know the right match to your brown hair.
