he mentioned that the two blackhawks that downed were UH-60 ,but as we know the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment operates MH-60s ...so why this contradiction ?

according to wikipedia UH60 and MH60 are variants of the same helicopter and the 160th uses both of them and more variants besides.

He was not factually wrong. The UH-60 helicopter is the Military Version of the Sikorski S-70 Helicopter.

U= Utility H= Helicopter. The MH-60 is merely a modified version, allowing for "special operations"

All branches of the service use the UH-60, sometimes the "U" designation is changed to reflect specific missions i.e. M for special operations, E for electronic missions and so forth. You can google military aircraft designations and learn more!

Little to much time on your hands do you . it was a fairly good account of a historical event based on research im not going to find fault with his not getting the to helicopter variants right but you seem to be a real expert WHY DO NT YOU INTERVIEW SOME GUYS THAT WERE THERE AND ASK US IF THEY CARE about your problem better yet why dont you right your own story you @ss

MH-60A is a modified version of the UH-60A
so basically they are the same
