Nobody is going to touch this because if it is true that your daughter has a serious illness, we all feel inadequate to truly help. Sadly, some people will use a tragedy to try and get money, although I do not think that is the case with you.
If you are in the U.S. contact a congressman or senator and ask that they intervene to get your daughter the best medical treatment available at no cost if you are unable to pay. We do it all the time for children in foreign countries whose medical facilities are not adequate. If you are in a foreign country, contact the U.S. embassy and explain why the needed surgery is not available or very risky in your country. Also, you can write one of the major newspapers and make a plea for intervention but be prepared to authorize release of medical records in your country to prove that your daughter's need is very great.
We are certainly praying on behalf of your daughter that she gets what she needs and grows up to be an inspiration.

Wouldn't you like a prayer, it's more hopeful than money?
Even when we cannot feel it, God's love surrounds us and holds us.
