If you want to just look cute then usually short or shoulder length layers style - Now if you want to look sexy keep it long adding wavy layers style.
Victoria Beckham style is a no no at the moment

I think it depends on the girl, but personally I like pretty much anything that's neat. A simple, natural look is fine.

depend on what do u like, long or short hair, cuz some women dont like short hair, and some don't like long hair.
no matter short or long or no matter what style is it, as long as you comfort with that it'll look cute.
