I can not do a pull up, but I want to . what excercises should I do so that I can gain enough arm strngth to do a pull up. I dont have access to excercise machines or anything. All I have is two, two kg weights (the kind you hold on to) and the average things in a home. Please dont suggest anything I would have to buy, no matter how cheap.

How can I practise by doing pull ups if I cant even do one?

The best excercise for getting better at pull ups, is pull ups! Try doing as many pull ups as you can. Then take that number and do 3 sets of half your maximum amount of pull ups. Do these 3 sets 3 times a week. When it starts getting easier, repeat the proccess. This is the best way to increase your ability to do pull ups.

i am not sure what you are using to do pull ups on, but the best way for this is to help yourself by using your legs. If not then jump up into the pull up position, and try to hold yourself there as long as possible, then lower yourself down as slowly as you can, repeat...
