It means whatever the reader wishes to ascribe to it. The prophet to me is organized, accomplishes a great deal in the least amount of time and oversees his responsibilities in admirable ways. Phrases like "strength of thirty (men)" is the way men used to speak in the days when the various bibles, etc. were written. A literal translation into todays understanding and use of any of the words is wrong and can lead to very bad things as people, mostly uneducated or poorly educated, have to rely upon a "leader" to interpret for them. It only takes a bad guy "leading" for a whole lot of people to go on a rampage against other people whose "act" is inconsistent with the Book. How sad, how many innocent lives have been lost because of a literal interpretation of a Book that is written in a style long ago done away with.

If the prophet had the strength of thirty men, then 11 wives were surely not enough, he would have needed at least 19 concubines then.

Allah promised to preserve the words of the Quran, and that has been done. The words ascribed to the Prophet have often been questioned by Muslims and Orientalists alike whether the Prophet's words or words said about the Prophet enjoy the same authenticity. So it may be aimless to discuss the veracity to judge what Anas had reported as in this question.

One thing is for sure: The prophet certainly did give time to all his wives! I don't see many men giving one hour of their day totally to their one and only wife!!

Man's justification for lust or carnal desires. Makes women tools of man's gratification. No respect for women. Not a good example.
