If there no attraction to the opposite sex. Sorry to be sarcastic but that's what homosexuality is and I believe some gays and lesbians do really love their mate.

Besides that there is love of pet, friend, brother, sisters, mother, father ....

Of course love would still exist, there are many types of love that have nothing to do with gender, i.e. the love of a parent for a child, the love of a friend for another, etc.
