Depends upon how you use the word, "enlightened." Enlightenment is the state we humans strive for and, given our limitations, our foibles and our often self destructive behavior, we still manage - most of us, to attain enlightenment is most areas of living. Therefore, I believe there are millions of enlightened souls. If you capitalize the 'e' and the 's' it can be assumed that you are speaking of one person or entity. I don't believe the concept - that is just another cute phrase attributed to the Creator.

In my opinion, just watching her and knowing what she believes, how she helps others, and her spirituality; I would say that Oprah Winfrey comes the closest to being enlightened. In spite of all her wealth, she keeps her heart forcused on the needs of others, and I admire that. She is a role model, if there ever is one!

Currently living? Nobody. Unless you believe in Sun Meong Moon's religion, that he is the new ENLIGHTENNED one, and trust me, it's quite debatable.
