I been having pains in my chest, right underneath the rib cage. It starts off with a small pain, sharp feel. Then the pain gets worst, on a pain scale 1-10 its about a 10+. My vision then gets really dark, I feel like I'm going to pass out, and I break out into a sweat. While all of this happens the pain slowly goes away. This happend to me at work once and my co-workers told me also that I turn white as a ghost and my eyes role in the back of my head. I have been telling doctors about this for a couple of months now and they don't seem concerned cuz its not in their field of expertise. These episodes only happend four times since March.

Go see a cardiologist Stat! Or maybe..its...
There are many things it could be; Gallbladder pains are common in that area after fatty meals and can radiate up to your shoulder. No one can diagnose over the internet so I suggest you go back to your doctors or a clinic until one takes you seriously and runs some tests - beyond that I can't start to guess what it might be.

It sounds a little like fainting spells, although I never heard of pain in the chest during fainting. It seems as though your heart is having some sort of problem because that is what pumps blood to the entire body, including the brain. I am not at all an expert with diseases or illnesses, but chest pains are sometimes serious. The best advice I can give you is to go out of your area into a bigger city where there is a hospital with a good reputation. Doctors in small towns are often unreliable. A lot of doctors in small towns, or doctors that are just plain lazy, used to tell me that I was imagining having throat problems. Turns out that I actually have enlarged tonsils, so I wasn't "imagining" these symptoms. Ignore doctors if they tell you that you are imagining anything. Go to a good hospital, and I hope that you feel better.

I had something similar. Pain would come suddenly and go away only to repeat the process a few times. You might try identifying the exact location of the pain like I did. However, it is no surprise the doctors don't know what's wrong. Doctors just aren't used to the unusual cases and cannot easily diagnose something they cannot see. Knowing your age might give me a clue. In my case I think my diet had something to do with it. Nowadays I am extremely careful about raisins. I must soak them for a while, dump out the water, and rinse them. Certain contaminants in my diet have a major affect on my health.

Sounds like you have gallbladder disease. I had the same symptoms 6 months ago (except for eyes rolling) and after several trips to the doctor and telling them I was still in alot of pain they finally checked for gallbladder. It didn't show on one certain test so I was sent home with medicine and after that didn't work I went back and was sent to hospital for more tests and finally to have my gallbladder removed.
