Eat light meals every one hour, instead of over-eating during the three meals of the day. After you have food, dont drink much of water. Drink water after 1/2 an hour only. Moreover avoid junk foods and chocolates/oily items. Avoid sleeping immediately after a meal. Ensure that you allow atleast two hours after a meal and sleep. This would help you to consistently reduce your weight.

I know you won't believe me, and this would probably be way under your life 'standards' but the best way is to get a job, (if you are elegible to work) in a restaurant. Smell the food all day, without a break, watch the fatties eat, and eat and eat more, then you'll lose weight. My waitreses are all foxes after a few weeks. We have great food, but if you are smelling it all day every day, you don't want to eat it. Very rarely do you see a fat cook, and if you do, they are usually pot smokers.

I found that I had to change my thinking. Compulsive eating(feeling like you must eat at a certain time) has got to go. I eliminated all foods with concentrated calories like ice cream, cookies, cheese, most snack(junk) foods, chocolate candy, etc. and I lost 60 lbs in one year.

Well well well I also ask myself this many time!

I just cut out all crap foods like crisps and chocolate.
Eat little and often it really works!

But most importantly gentle exercise walk instead of drive/get the bus!

Try a cleanse to remove all of impurities and waste from your body, drink lots of water, eat fruits and vegetables (preferably raw).

Sorry but you ain't going to do it unless you reduce that amount of calories you shovel in and excersise to burn off the podge.
