If you have caller ID service, you shouldn't have to pay anything extra. Look in the front of your local phone book. There should be a section that explains how services work. The instructions for blocking calls should be there.

The telephone company has to set it up for you. But if you have that option on your phone service already, then the phone company can give you a code to dial to put that in effect. Most times, it is a flip-flop thing. Once you have the service you can choose to have it "on" or not.

I think you have to have call blocking through the phone company and they charge you for it.

you need to call your local phone company and ask them to remove the block as they are the ones that have put it on there in the first place, dont let them tell you they didnt as I went through the same thing, its very aggrevating and you need to insist that they remove it.
