One of the best I know of is:

http://www.mayoclinic.com/

You can also try:

http://www.hospicenet.org/

Hope this is helpful. I'm sure your friend will find some comfort in knowing they have caring friends around them.

My father died of lung cancer at his age of nearly 82. He just got gradually weaker and weaker. In fact, towards the end he was caughing less. But he became entirely helpless and completely dependent on others with all of his elementary physical needs. Saying that, his brain remained sharp, and we had some of the most wonderful conversations together on things he clearly recalled, but a had long forgotten, during the last weeks of his life. He passed away peacefully.

This was shortly before I became acquainted with Dhaxem. Should I have known about it, I might have been able to help him.

this is a website that has on line help and advice...I had so much support and kind understanding words from this website and the nurse that used to email me. I don;t think I would've dealt with my dad being ill and losing his to lung and bone cancer if that lifeline had not been there. You should also be able to get help from MacMillan nurses and local district nurses might come in as well. All you can do for your friend is be there...support, love and understand....I am thinking of you and your friend at this time

There are a group of products based on four times Nobel Prize winning science which would be well worth taking a look at.
I cannot name them in here due to restrictions on advertising.
What I can say is that they are very effective.
I suggest you see for yourself what they have done for countless others by visiting a site where there are personal testimonies.
Good Luck

It can be difficult, they will get weaker by the day, will need a wheelchair later, may get short tempered and impatient, trips to hospital for treatment so you will need a car, oxygen bottles, oxygen machine, lots of time needed you will need to give up your job or go part time, you will need others to help you, cant do it on your own.
