Bader! He is was a top class spitfire pilot! Skywalker isnt even in the same high standings as Bader!

Douglas Bader! For a start he was a REAL person not a fictional character therefore the fight would be rather one sided. Take that out of the equation and I would still go with Douglas Bader, he has more experience of biplanes and dogfighting along with determination and brilliance.

In biplanes luke, anything faster Bader, he reckoned he was a better fighter pilot after he lost his legs because he could pull more g than an able bodied person (no blood pooling in your legs) before blacking out. Maybe Darth Vader could beat both of them though, there wasn't much of his body left by the end of "Revenge of the Sith"
