Im a guy and if a chick that I was dating had them I would have to evaluate the situation. Is it a one time thing or all of the time? Some times accidents happen, but if this is a recurring thing then your man is not very maticulous about cleaning himself down there. Maybe he needs someone to teach him how to wipe himself.

Depends on how long we've been together;if we're just dating,I'd probably leave him alone....if we're married,I'd say something(he'd probably be so embarrassed that I said it he'd stop).
