The truth is often said in jest. BUT it depends on the type of jokes he is making. If there in relation to your appearance or personality it could be that he means it but makes it in a joke because then it's less offensive. Someone I used to know always said 'you can say anything you like if you make it seem like a joke' I think this is true. But if it's just playful banter, then it could mean he fancies you. It's just like primary school when boys would annoy you just to get your attention and so you speak to them. Goodluck with it!

Depends. Age matters with your question. If your young then he is just immature. Guys are really slow when it comes to girls. Guys send mixed signals all the time and expect girls to know what they mean. It doesn't work that way and us girls know that. Alot of things factor into this. How long have you known this person, age like i said before,.. etc. I am not saying that he doesn't like you but it's a very tricky situation. I would much rather be with someone who just comes out and says Hey I like you and wanna be with you rather than someone that beats around the bush. I hope this helps!

What kind of teasing and joking? Its often said that in jokes, we know the truth so if its unpleasant, then he hates your guts but if its regular then there might be a sign.
