Not every day! Sausage Rolls are usually high in saturated fats and dont have a lot of nutritional value.
Try eating either porridge, some fruit, wholemeal toast, boiled eggs. There is some more info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Healthy_diet about what you should and shouldn't be eating for a healthy diet.
In order to get a toned stomach, you need to lost the extra weight you are carrying first (so do lots of cardio to burn off the calories) and then concentrate on strength type exercises.

Liquid diets are not good for you. Try it for breakfast instead. Two sausage rolls for breakfast every day is not good. Once or twice a week would be enough. Try your liquid diet for breakfast on the other days.

You need to have healthy and balanced diet. Fruit, veg, meat etc. A bit of everything but regularly (three times a day meals). Then you'll see some results.

if you want to build up your abs then you'll want to be cutting down on the fatty foods, and pastries have a high amount of fat in them, I used to love sausage rolls but unfortunately I've had to cut them out my diet for that very reason.

You should be trying to focus on nutrient rich foods like raw vegetables, greens and beans and legumes.
Sausage rolls will do nothing good for your abs, its just fat and sugar. White flour is the devil.
