Cut out animal fats, and eat as much vegetables and lentils as you can.

you want your body to detox. it does most of this at night, so if you only eat fruit for breakfast it will help your body to continue detoxing through the morning. eat a big salad before your lunch and dinner.

eat only steamed vegetables at your daily meal time. In between meals if you feel hungry eat cucumber. It is only water hence not fattening.
Avoid oily and junk food at all cost.
Drink lots of water.
No smoking or drinking alchohal (esp beer).

cardiovascular exercises and no junk foods, just by not eating crisps and chocolate for a month can really help
