There is something in celery that actually makes you lose weight but it tastes awful.

Anything with a lot of nutrients! If you fill up on nutrient dense foods you will be too full to eat junk.
Lots of vegetables and fruits, raw where possible. Especially greens like spinach, chard and kale.
Beans and legumes are also good diet foods.

stick to lots of fruits and veggies(do not take alcohol at all!).do remember to take lots of water (atleast 8 glasses spread out thru the day).not only will it help you loose weight but your complexion too will improve!

you should really try ta eat green apples, no cokes or pepsi, light bread and soups and don't forget to eat lots of salads and rarely eggs.
