I am wondering if the women in Turkey, Lebanon, Iran etc, those who dont wear Muslim headscarf, are they Muslims? Do they practise Islam?
And additional question, how many percent of Turkish population are practising Islam? Or believe in Islam?

They are most likely to be Muslims than Christians. I am Muslim and don't wear a headscarf.

We live in India & my wife does not wear a headscarf or any such thing & she is a muslim. She also practises her religion as best as she can.
Further no one has the right to decide who is a muslim & who is not. If you start doing such a thing then where do you stop.
