Most human resource managers agree that the biggest performers on the payroll are not necessarily the most intelligent or educated. This helps get in at a higher level but that's all.

You know the answer to this question. You could do something illegal which pays well but has no benefits or if you are good with your hands you can go into one of the building trades, these do pay well and one benefit would be lots of fresh air. Your best bet stay in school and get a great education for a job that you will love and that will also pay well.

There are a lot of careers that pay well but may not be the career for you. I would hate to go after a career just for cash reasons and then hate my job day in and day out. I would much rather go after a career I find personally satisfying and do my best that way.
Dental hygienists make good money (2 yr program), Rn's make good money (2 yr accelerated program), Computer design (2 yr. program), the list goes on.
Pick something you will enjoy rather than the money aspect.
