You need to change your diet. Stop all white foods: sugar, flour, rice, potatoes, etc. If you do this you will start to lose weight. You need a life style change. Once you get used to it, it is not hard, it is great. You will also have more energy. Good luck.

If you are only marginally overweight then diet and exercise is the only real answer.
Diet = changing the types of food you eat NOT starving yourself.
Exercise = enough activity to raise a light sweat, 30 minutes at a time, 3 days a week.
If you are seriously overweight then you need to work on your mental attitude to food before you try anything else.
This usually means that there is something you are unhappy with either in your past or now. I'm not qualified to offer psychiatric help, you should see a professional.
Good luck.
The world is brighter when you're lighter.

Go vegan the food is so nasty you will not eat much. Avoid eating out, exercise, and stay away from sugar. I have not had your problem but I try to eat healthy. People with low fat ratio can be more unhealthy than overweight people as well. It's possible it's genetic. In the past humans are thought to have stored fat to survive between not being able to eat for periods of time. The diet drinks and crap are a scam :( . I'm sure there is a nice person of similar weight or does not mind weight for you out there. Your friends sound very rude :( .

IS THE LEMONADE DIET ALSO A REDUCING DIET?
by Stanley Burroughs
As a reducing diet it is superior in every way to any other system because it dissolves and eliminates all types of fatty tissue. Fat melts away at the rate of about two pounds a day for most persons - and without any harmful side effects.
All mucus disease such as colds, flu, asthma, hay fever, sinus and bronchial troubles are rapidly dissolved and eliminated from the body, leaving the user free from the varied allergies which cause difficult breathing and clogging of the sinus cavities. Allergies exist as a result of an accumulation of these toxins and they vanish as we cleanse our body. People who are over-weight often experience these difficulties, and the more they continue to eat the toxic fat-producing foods which cause their obesity, the more their other ailments multiply.

To lose weight, you need to reduce the calorie intake by some amount. It is important to develop a healthy diet , so that body receives sufficient nutrients even as you try to lose weight. Check the calorie count of the food you eat. A diet without sufficient nutrients like vitamins and minerals will only increase your appetite when you are trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan to lose weight , additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles to increase the metabolic rate. Small changes in your diet can help you lose a lot of weight. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. OK first off stop dieting you have to change your lifestyle. Secondly it sounds like you may have to do it without telling anyone. First off look at what you eat, you need to cut back to 1200 to 1600 calories, try and break those calories up into 5-6 small meals a day. Just about everything you eat has calories on it. Now you need to start moving, as you are standing cooking or doing dishes do side leg kicks or back leg kicks, do push ups against a wall. As you are walking do lunges, get on the floor legs on a chair and do crunches, or lay on the floor knees bent and lift your butt off the floor. Do all of this and you will start to lose weight then add exercises as you go start walking. Also drink lots of water! I dropped 2 cloths sizes doing this and I am working on dropping more but as you see it coming off you start to get excited and it is easier to work out.
