it does sound good to me --but i just want to say --dont take a multi vitamin twice a day. this whole menu is good to go -----you have to mix it up --everyday same thing would be a waste of living---one muti vitamin for other essentials is enough---you could make your self sick . if you think you are not getting enough of one vitamin-----add just that supplement to the one -a- day multivitamin.

I think it looks great. i would still take a premium brand multivitamin, flax oil or fish oil or both, and a calcium magnesium zinc. isn't lite cream cheese an oxymoron or something? what happens if it comes into contact with cream cheese? the grapes should be red, the nuts should be from trees (i.e. not peanuts), and make sure there isn't too much artificial crap in the hot chocolates or any commercially prepared food. Get a nice lean cut of meat when you eat beef. Chicken or fish most days would be better. Is 1T sunflower seeds one TON of sunflower seeds? Cause that's way too much. Try frozen blueberries. Pour a bowl of them and put it in the fridge for the next morning. Drain off some of the liquid and put some yogurt on or something. Kefir brand yogurt drinks if you can get them. Frozen blueberries aren't that tasty but the blueberry is one of the most healthful fruits so it might be worth it. Get them fresh when in season. Eat more nuts. Go ahead and go nuts on them.

It seems to me to be pretty darn good! Very balanced. Better than what I eat. I waff because I walk around three hours per day. Don't ask what I eat because its not nearly as good as what you eat!

Sounds pretty well balanced to me. "Grazing" throughout the day as you do also keeps your metabolism active, so your body's burning calories more efficiently.
