I am a Malaysian, PR, currently living in Australia, I am still holding a Malaysian passport, I lost my passport, I want to know what are the procedure and where and how to apply back my visas and passport?

Immeadiately notify your closest Consulate or Embassy, then go to Dept of Immigration and report it. They will issue you with a tempory visa. There might be a few documents you might have to supply, but they will help you.

Go to the Malaysian embassy in Australia and explain your predicament. They should be able to advise you.

First, you must report the case to the police
and get a copy of the police report to introduce
It to your consulate and the Australian
Immigration office.

file a POLICE report first contact your embassy or consulate then uscis to get new replacement visa
