If you go to bed, it might be too early, which means your body is getting too much sleep, and that makes you tired, too. You need to find a set bedtime for the same time for at least two weeks and go to bed at the same time, and get up at the same time. AFter that, your body gets used to it, IF it's done at/around the same time every night and morning. I am NOT a morning person!! This works best for me... Not to mention a hot cup of coffee...... Good luck!!

Perhaps next semester you can register your classes at later times... I had to do that, too. :-)

Try setting your alarm to go off an hour before and keep on checking if it's time yet, by the time it's 7 you'll be wide awake afraid to oversleep

force yourself to wake up at 7 everyday even if you dont have class and naturally you would open your eyes at that time after a while
