They should compromise the stick they should break the sticks! Each one will have 2 I didn't bang too much I just broke my head !

you go and tell enemy a to break its stick into 2 and throw it on enemy b.Now b will get angry and throw half stick to c because he thinks that c has thrown the stick.Now c will throw half stick to enemy a.Now enemy a has 2 sticks,b has two sticks and c also has 2 sticks!
