Steroids failed? Bullsh!t. You either had junk juice or didn't take it correctly. On the juice you need to workout at least 4 days a week and intake at least 5000 quality calories per day. You also need tons of protein, 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. In your case try for 2 grams. Also use meal replacement bars or mixes to get to the 5000 calories as most people cannot eat that much a day. Also, if you use steroids again check for dosages and cycle it correctly. And don't use if your under 22 years old as it will permanently screw up you natural test production for life.

Basically you have to increase you calorie intake, which means if you are a man exceed the recommended 2500cals a day ( about 1900 ) for a woman).
healthily of course.. if you increase by just eating donuts then all you will do is get fat. However as you are using anabolics i doubt that dedcation and hard work are in your mantra.

hi i have the same problem - can't put weight on despite eating a lot. I have given up trying to gain weight, just remember as long as you are healthy it is fine. It is better to be too thin than too fat!
