Jesus preaches and practices love for everyone. So when we do the "hardest" thing, which is to love our enemies, we show our greatest love for Jesus by following his words and ways.

This is a good comment of Jesus' philosophy of loving thy neighbor and forgiving the trespasses of others, but it always amazes me how few Christians follow these teachings!
I don't agree with them myself, but I'm an atheist; I don't beleive in the entire book! But those professing beleif but don't follow that way of life must have never read their holy book!

It reminds me a bit of some of the Martin Luther King sermons...
I think its important to love and respect everyone, and that is what Jesus was modelling to us.
It's only the self-righteous, holier-than-thou people that he riled against - namely the Pharisees.

That is why christians should not preach any hate or be haters. They contradict their own faith. (not all of them, just most of the ones on this site.)
