It depends on the people involved. Don't let other people tell you what to think. Do you like each other's company? Do you have similar interests? Do you like to go to some of the same places? Are you willing to make "adjustments" for each other? Do you both treat each other as equals and respect each other opinions?
You can have your own interests and common interests, but you must always desire to please each other and keep the other happy. The older person will have to believe you're devoted and that your love is not fading because they're getting older but that's how people think sometimes - that because you're young, and they think you'll look for and want to meet someone younger to relate to. They sometimes don't believe or understand how you could love or care about them so much.
There will be problems, but mostly with uncertainty or a little bit of jealousy (with some people). Just keeping showing you care as you would in any relationship.
The only other thing I used to worry about when dating an older woman was her being active and energetic and wanting to do things. Some were active. Some just liked to shop, travel, and talk. As long as your personalities and interests are the same - you'll make it work.

No, I don't think so. If you guys are on the same page then things should go pretty well. But sometimes you find people that want to be in a parent child relationship with thier partners. If this should be the case then I suggest that you end the relationship as it will lead to a diseaster. But otherwise there should not be a problem if you guys really love and understand each other.

If you think it's ok, who cares what everyone else thinks? I don't think we should allow society to dictate age restrictions in relationships. There is a 21 year age gap between my boyfriend and I (I'm 27). I have never been happier in my life. Just like with any relationship, it needs to have the essentials like trust, understanding, communication, interests, goals, etc. If those elements are in place, then nothing else matters. Love is the greatest feeling in the world, and age shouldn't stop anyone from experiencing it.

I have a great relationship with a thirty-two year old woman, and I am twenty-three. Just keep in mind there will be generational gaps in the stuff you like to do.

Again, I will say it...AGE IS JUST A NUMBER!!! If both parties are happy and of age it shouldn't matter how old one is compared to the other!

Not at all. Age has nothing to do with it. It's the chemistry and love that you have for each other. Go for it!

There should be no problem... Older partners are more experienced and more caring. And don't care about what other
people say. It is your life.
