What does this mean......"A person who goes to bed with an itchy butt, wakes up with smelly fingers." ????? Also, how does someone know if a room smells like butt? Do people actually smell their butt juices?

I think the first saying is a "Confucius" way of saying if sleep on a situation it will get out of hand. It will be taken care of without your knowledge.
The second saying is a new way of saying the people that live there don't clean up very well.
