if it is a 3 phase motor, swap any 2 wires to reverse it
if it is a single phase, capacitor start motor, swapping the 'hot' and 'capacitor' wires should do the trick.
if it is an ac/dc brush style motor, reverse EITHER (but NOT both!!) the 2 field wires, or the 2 armature/brush leads .

If its single phase, the field coils have been misconnected, simple to fix. If its a big enough motor you will find the terminals inside the connection box, but you will not know what to change! and I cant see it. Take it back to the winders.
If its 3 phase, swap any two supply leads.

oh dear. AC motors revolve based on the "slip" angle between the magnetic difference between the coils.
I guess they wound it the wrong way. If all the coil connections are internal I doubt you can do anything about it.
