Pick up the telephone book, and call your local hospital, and ask to speak with the Doctor on call, or a Registered Nurse, they can give you the very best advice which you seek.
Hope your pain subsides and you get feeling better soon.
Also every single person, and circumstance is different for each person, your own personal medical problems may affect what works for you.
This is why it is so very important to speak to a Professional regarding your own personal circumstances.

Tylen will not affect the action of your birth control pill... I doubt it will be a problem breastfeeding either but if you want to be on the safe side, save some breast milk before you take the tylenol and use a bottle till you can check it out with the doctor.......

Yes you may take it. Tylonal is the safest medicine to take when pregnant or nursing. Should you go to a dentist tomorrow be sure to let him/her know you are breastfeeding so he/she can prescribe the right medicine for you without harming the baby. If you go on medication for an infection you may consider storing enough milk ahead of time or temporarily use formula. I am pregnant now and moved to Japan. My doctor told me tylonal only so I have a huge bottle on hand when I need it for any headaches. Try taking one tablet instead of two to see if it's enough to stop or minimize the pain. The less of any medication the better it is for your baby whether pregnant or nursing. I hope you feel better soon.

Do you have a ask a nurse you can call? This is usually a free service big hospitals offer to the general public for free.
Anything you take your baby takes too while breast feeding.
I am sooo sorry about your tooth!! Have you tried baking soda?
Never to late to call the hospital!
Hope you get relief soon!
