before brushing and its fine to floss.
why not just use a whitening toothpaste?
They do make pastes that contain baking soda and peroxide.
There's also whitening strips, gels, inserts, etc.

Okay.... I could propose getting your enamel wiped clean first through your dentist, then comply with those methods to maintain your enamel white. a million.) Floss totally. two.) Brush enamel for two mins no less than. three.) Gargle with Listerine. Then as soon as per week, use a whitening gel that you'll practice in strips for your mouth, and permit it take a seat there for half-hour. Baking Soda is a foul inspiration, I would not propose it. Crest or Listerine manufacturers (whitening strips) are pleasant for whitening enamel, simply do not depart them in lengthy. By doing this, you do not harm your enamel and expand the well being and force whilst giving your self a pleasant shine. :) Hope that is helping you out. Remember that your neighborhood dentist can supply you additional recommendation!

You should brush your teeth first then use the solution it works better that way b/c your teeth are free of foods or tartar.

Flossing can be done either before or after. It should not affect whitening result.

gargle after and it's ok to floss but it would help to use a whitening toothpaste or you could use those crest whitening strips. I use them and I like them. I think they work good.
