Why do people stay in love when obviously the relationship is not healthy, my ex is divorced and has two kids and is in debt. I think he feels that he will never find anyone who will want him with kids. He was a wonderful boyfriend, he is handsome, and is well recognized and respect in his comunity for sports and his motivaitonal speaking. I just don't understand why he is so insecure and can't move on, what is his problem?

Sounds like he has lower self esteem and do not think he will find anybody else better, so he is not willing to move on.

Some people need more time to move on.
For me if my partner is happy and I can change it - don't waist life time respect each other and move on.

He shouldnt feel no one will want him with kids. There are so many who are settled and love to be around kids. I have 4 kids and my fiance had none till he met me .....
