I was taking a short nap and I suddenly woke up dehydrated. I went up several floors to buy a drink and when I get back my roommate asks if she woke me up a while ago. I told her, "Um no, I was sleeping. I just woke up." She was really surprised because she said I was rambling on and on about something and that I picked up my phone and started talking to someone. She said it happened about 30 minutes before I woke up. She was sure I was talking to someone because she heard them talking back to me. I don't even know who I called! Is this normal? Is there something wrong with me?

Were you over tired? Have you had a lot of stress lately? Both of which can stimulate you to sleep walk or sleep talk. My husband does the same thing.

u cant label it as a disease properly this only happens when u r tense or stressed infact i also expericed that when i m having my exams. just dont worry abt it n get out of that stress which u have in mind n if u r not stressed n u keep experincing such so better to see a psycologist or psychatrist to sort it out....n yes try not to sleep near dangerous things like fire or heater, it wud come out with hazards.........
