Police can pull you over if they have a reasonable suspicion that there may be a criminal activity going on. If the place you were driving has a history of people drinking/using drugs, it gives the officer even more of a reason to think you were, too.

You're gonna tell us you and your buddies were driving a jeep down a 5 mile gravel road after goofing off and were driving *straight* and the *exact* speed limit?

No. certainly it is not achievable that a site visitors police officer will stopped a rushing police van or police motor vehicle although the police motor vehicle or van drove via a pink mild regardless of none logical clarification. law enforcement officials supplies their own admire to different law enforcement officials, except this law enforcement officials are purely donning police uniform and doing something else like financial institution theft or taking some hostages. Giving a cost ticket to a diverse cop. isn't this humorous or illogical to you. Even their superintendent or police commander would probable assist you to realize why you gave a cost ticket to a diverse police officer once you your self is a police officer? whether the clarification is working against a pink mild it continues to be illogical to furnish cost ticket to a diverse cop. those law enforcement officials on the automobile can truthfully say they are in warm pursuit of a user-friendly suspect in an unmarked motor vehicle. so which you as a police officer who gave the cost ticket looking like a moron.

Yes. First of all, you answered this in your first sentence. You said you were coming from a "ghetto" putt-putt place. They probably get a lot of trouble from there (drinking, drugging, etc.)so, yes, they would pull you over and check you out.

It's standard procedure to check out people coming from a bad area. A bunch of kids in a jeep? Oh yeah, I'd have to check you out.

It's best to just stay away from places like that if you don't want to go through this. 99% of the time--it's just asking for trouble. Want to risk it?

Well first off it was a chore reading your typing, it looks like a 10 year old typed it. (Stay in school)

Police officers only need a reasonable suspision to pull you over. It sonds like it was a bunch of kids screwing around.... You didn't get a ticket or go to jail so why are you complaining?

short answer? Yes.

Whenever your doing anything that can be deemed suspicious you can be pulled over and questioned.

Gotta love young people. I hope your move on to a productive meaningful life, and you never need the assistance of a police officer.

So what were you guys really doing? A cop can pull you over for just about anything "these days". My friend and I just the other day got pulled over on the freeway by a C.H.P. For what you ask? You got me! I was not speeding, or doing anything against the law what so ever. He approached the passengers door and when he opened his mouth and asked me for my registion.....BOY could we smell alchol on his breath (real strong) not only that ,but when he asked me for my registion he said it like this..........."I,I,,,,I neeeeeeeed to seeeeeee your registion, showme your reggggggistration. HE WAS DRUNK ON HIS ***! THAT"'s for sure. I didn't get a ticket or anything but that was weird. We did turn him in, but I don't know what (if anything) I just hope no one got hurt or killed that day. Believe me I can tell you some "COP" stories. But I won't, why ruin a good, beautiful day , right?

If you appear to be weaving, technically yes he can pull you over.
It does sound like he was just throwing his weight around though.

P.S.
Check your spelling next time.
