there is no direct train from SBC to kalahasti, either you have to travel upto Renigunta or Chennai, from here you can take a bus. Kalahasti is abt 30 kms from Renigunta , 40 from Tirupathi and 120 kms from Chennai, lots of RTC and ST buses of TN & AP are plying. Off course there is a train station in srikalahasti, but express trains don't stop there, as it is intermediate station between renigunta Jn and Gudur Jn of SCR.

I do not think you directly go to Kalahasti. You can take a train to Tirupati and then take a cab to Kalahasti. Trupati should take about 6 hours by train and then 1 hour by cab to Kalahasti
