You have to consider 2 things:
1. If the zits were gone, would your disgust go with them?
2. Is it really the zits, or are you just looking for any old excuse?
Anyway, despite what certain movies and tv shows want to shove down your throat, the fact is that if you're not attracted to someone, you probably never will be. That's just the way it is.

If you're that shallow, dump her so that she can find someone worth her time. I guess not everyone can have perfect skin like you. What would you do if everyone on the planet had acne? Move to Mars? Are you really shallow or insecure? Tell your girlfriend I said she deserves better. Later.

Buy her a years supply of Proactiv® Solution, Clearasil and some cotton balls, see if she takes the hint. If it isn't cleared up in a couple months, that's reason enough to leave her.

That is really lame,I hope you do break up with her as she doesn't need you in her life and I hope her skin clears up and she turns into a model and get a drop dead hunky babe and that you get stuck with some toad..
