bittorrent, is non-trackable. All the others raise flags with your ISP.
Do a lookup on file sharing.

I used to use Limewire but it has just too many errors/faults.
Bearshare is equally as lame.
Kazaa has more spyware than most.
I've been using Morpheus who a while now.
It's a little confusing to work at first, but I've had no viruses or spyware come through.
