lets say.. baby is genetically Japanese, but it is grown up in England since born to 4-5 years, what language he will speak?

He will speak the language that is spoken to him. Some babies learn two languages, one from each parent or one from the parents and one from the babysitter.

English unless people around baby converse in Japanese. My daughter when she was three spoke spanish fluenlty (At a three year old level) when we lived in El Paso. She also spoke english since that is what we spoke. Our Mexican neighbors spoke both languages but spanish at home. Our kids all played together so my daughter learned a great deal of spanish without trying. The problem was she did not realize they were seperate languages. If I asked her how to say something in spanish she just stared blankly. But if someone spoke to her in spanish she answered in spanish. Children learn the languages they hear.
