go to the doctor for medication, a tape worm is sucking all the nutrition from your food leaving you with only the crap. you could try eating alot of hot spicy food (jalepenos and lots of hot salsa) but only the doctor can give you a 100% guaranteed cure

go to the doctor. you have to get a special medicine to get rid of the head of the worm. until you do it will just keep growing segments. the head has to be annihilated.
