What do you look for in girls? I mean when you first see a girl. I know we all have our types but in general.

I don't really look for anything. If the total package seems right meaning looks and personailty, if we'll probably get along/like each other...that's the key. And I don't have any type....never really have, if I have, I'm not aware of it.

You said in your question when you first see a girl. Then my answer would be looks. Any guy who says otherwise is lieing.
In general, between 5'1 to 5'7' I cant have a girl same height or taller than me. I like them petite. Slim. Curvy.
Hair doesn't matter as long as you carry it well. Be it the style that curves to the bottom of your ear or butt-length hair. Its about the way it looks on you.
No body hair is really important. Any girl with even a trace of hair on the upper lip im instantly turned off. Hairy arms is a turnoff too (ironic my bestfriend who is a girl has fairly hairy arms).
A nice smile is a must. Not too much makeup is best. Some girls have the foldmarks on the necks, thats a total turnoff. But some imperfections are nice, like this one girl who has a cleft chin and a madonna-tooth gap. It suits her well and she carries it so thats ok.
Armpits must be clean and have the same skin color as the rest of the body. The way the knees look is also very important. The ugly flabby knees is just sickening.
And every guy's final deciding factor. The toes. I wont go into detail, but make sure they're nice.
You'll have people who are boobs or butt or toes persons, that part of the body makes the whole person for him. Personally, im a nose person. I love the type thats middle length, and curves up a bit. Think Elisha Cuthbert, or Giselle Bunsche (sp?), or in its extremety, Michael Jackson.

In my opinion they need a nice pair of boobs but not freeakishly big. Oh yeah and girls need a pretty face too. Must not be fat but not anorexic either cuz anorexic chicks are freaky. Believe me all men are dogs, some are just doggish than others. In truth we just wanna get laid.

Attractive body and cute face is what brings me closer. A good personality is what keeps me there. A pretty face with a bitchy attitude is a big no no.

She needs to be good looking and have a good attitude, not be to preppy but not look like a dog either, somethnig that I could trule say that I love.
