It's doubtful you'll find what you're looking for, given that there are very few 2006 F-150s equipped with the 4.2 V6. You will probably have to fabricate one, if you insist on having one. Just for your info though, you will gain little or NO performance increase with such a mod, especially with the ETC (electronic throttle control). You may even DEGRADE performance, or VOID your warranty with such a mod, so beware. Sorry, if that's not the response you wanted.
